This coming year I’ll be trying challenges for each month of the year. If I complete 25% of them, I will consider it a success. So here we go, lets take a look at 2018:

Dry January – no alcohol for the month of January.


 

yoga

Flow and Fast February – 28 days of yoga + intermittent fasting on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.

Mindfulness March – meditate for 1 hour each day.

Arty April – spend two hours a day on artistic pursuits (ie, write, photograph, design, animate, perform, etc…).


 

vegetarian

Meatless May – no eating meat in May.


 

box

Gym and Box June – Join a boxing gym with unlimited classes and box every other day + gym on off days.


 

juice

Juice it July – get more fruits and vegetables in your diet by juicing every day.


 

honest abe

Honest August – don’t tell a single lie (including small, white lies) all month.

Say Yes September – say yes to everything that scares you.


 

polar

Polar October – take freezing cold showers every day for two minutes + 2 ice baths a week.

Nice November – provide an act of kindness each day.

Redux December – bring back challenges from the previous eleven months and journal each day.
